Call for Experimental and Numerical Equipment for Students’ lab Work

The PLASMAScience opens its annual call for funding experimental and numerical equipment for students’ lab work (travaux pratiques in French) for the year 2025.
The objective of this call is to allow the acquisition of equipment dedicated to plasma physics teaching. The amount of the PLASMAScience contribution is limited to a maximum of 50,000 € (taxe free). Co-funding is possible.
ELIGIBILITY
The applications concern the purchase of equipment contributing to experimental and numerical lab work in plasma physics. Eligible projects are those that will be carried out within teams from the IP Paris laboratories and cover one (or more) of the major themes of the PLASMAScience, namely:
- Plasmas and Energy
- Plasmas and Society
- Plasmas and Space.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
- The scientific, technical and educational quality of the project
- Innovative character
- Relevance of the project in the field of plasmas.
KEY DATES AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE
April 15, 2025: Closing of the call for projects.
Beginning of May 2025: Selection of projects by the PLASMAScience steering committee.
May 2025: Announcement
of the results.
